What is the basis for appeal?
I chose the same answer.
Hello, Did you choose A or D?
I am still doing some research under this one. There are many rulings for both of these two HTS #s. However, I think that Customs leans more towards A, because they stated that the bamboo is an artificial textile material based on processing. That means then that it would fall under quota category (6) for MMF vs. (8) for non-cotton, veg fibers. What are your thoughts?
I chose D as well but I can't remember why I did..I will do some research as well so we can all prepare. I was not going to originally send this in my appeal but if we have compelling information I will certainly include this question since I only need one...I am currently @ 4 appeal questions.
Amanda, which 4 questions are you protesting? I am lost and don't know where to start. I need one to pass.
Maybe we can get in touch via email.

Great - currently I am working on 1, 4, 22 and 80...yes I got 80 incorrect but the question's wording is totally wrong. I am sure that everyone got it right but...no no no. The FTC did not enact the ACT. Congress does that and the FTC enforces the ACT which clearly is stated almost everywhere. If you are working on any other questions I would like to work with someone. Good Luck to Everyone.
