I also chose the same answer as you did for this one but what is your basis for a protest?

Now that I have done a bit more research and even through reading some rulings it "makes more sense" with Customs response. The reason why is that under 4409.29.0555 it directs to "end-jointed" referred to the "tongue and grooved on its ends and edges". I still found a ruling that can help our case, although it may from 2001. It is NYH80032. Let me know what your thoughts are. I appreciate your response. Thanks!
