I chose answer “E” – Reinforcing material

Argument
I argue that there is no correct answer out of the 5 choices listed on the Exam for this question. Credit should be granted for any answer.

Question 4 of this exam refers to information on the commercial invoice and not classification as stated as the exam reference answer key HTS Chapter 39.

FCR19 141.86(a)(3)Contents of invoices and general requirements

§141.89 Additional information for certain classes of merchandise

§142.6 Invoice requirements.

Pressure Hose – example of detailed description for commercial invoice.

As a commercial invoice requirement - the HTS Number must be listed.

Hi Amanda,
I see your point.
Based on a little more research I did , I found out that my answer is not the best answer because under HTS CH 39 Additional US Note 3- it is important to know if the tubes, pipes, hoses have attached fittings to determine if it qualifies for "special column rate". How else may this question be protested? Let me know your thoughts.
